Up/飞屋环游记

A warm movie. Although it might be a little bit exaggerated (such as to fly to South America just by balloons and a somewhat shabby house), the friendship between the aging man and the little boy was really touching.

The movie does have a happy ending. Yet, I think a realistic ending may be better: the aging man was found dead in the house the next morning when the people opened his door, and everything about the adventure to South America was actually his last dream. Such an ending would tell the audience that the aging man was really lonely and need people's care, and would be a good contrast to the opening of the movie.
