The Jungle Book/奇幻森林

This movie is the much true version of the same-named animation "The Jungle Book" by Disney. I think this version is much better, because it told a complete story of how to grow up as a little boy. The opening of fighting with the evil tiger started the difference between this version and the animation(the evil tiger showed up only the last half of the animation), and the issue of two identities the boy faced, whether he belonged to the human world or the jungle, was always the clue of the movie. Finally, the boy chose to be a human living in the jungle, in retrospecting to the beginning part which he had thought he had been a kind-of-weird wolf; the complete of the course means the course of his growing up.

Every growing-up is the change of one's own identity, I think this is the point of the movie. The change of one's own identity means struggling or pain, or some loss meant-to-be, but you have to receive it, as you can not avoid it.

The special visual effect is amazing and unbelievable; no one would trust that the Disney created the whole jungle world by only CG tech except for the little boy. The animal, the water, the rain, the bush, the jungle and the fire, almost everything was created in computers! WOW, what a huge project!
