Chongqing Hot Pot/火锅英雄

This movie tells a good story, which is seldom in contemporary Mainland movies. Although the plots looks incredible, the characterization of every role is very vivid and true, making the audience believe the role is just regular people living around us, letting the movie itself convincing.

The movie's style is like "Lock, Stock and Two Smoking Barrels", a localized black humor. Different coincidences and different roles intertwined together pushed the story forward.

The part of the bank-robbery in masks is apparently referred from "The Dark Knight".
