This could be an animation of how a boy grow up, yet, too many music and dance may undermine its theme. In this work, the little man boy faced the question of how to get back to human society, yet, the animation seemed to turn this big issue to another question of where to have a play.
Finally, a fire and a girl seemed to have solved all the problems. This adaption by Disney was understandable, but the little audience must have known that true grow-up would be much more painful.
