There was no doubt that the movie was a start of a magnificent series. Few realized that such an ambitious narration would continue when it just launched. Today we can say that the novel/movie was a groundbreaking, which established a new movie pattern based on traditional western folk legendary magician tales: teenagers(school) - love triangle - magic - conspiracy, and became another Blue Sea of movies.
