Cloud Atlas/云图

Every story of the six is ordinary respectively, but the director's work is to organize them with the clue of Cloud Atlas (actually the spirit of chasing justice and freedom) and start the magnificant story, which reminds me of "The Last Question" by Issac Asimov. The movie's makeup technique is very stunning; every movie star plays several roles, and this movie is also a big demonstration of their performance.

单独拆开看，这6个故事中的每一个都很寻常，不过导演的功力就在于，用“云图”（其实是追求正义与自由的精神）将这几个故事串联起来，逐渐展开了这个宏大的叙事，让我想起艾萨克·阿西莫夫的《最后的问题》。本片的化妆技术极其惊艳，每个明星都出演了多个角色，也是自己演技的极大展现。
