The movie took the usual way of "some guys who never take care of babies have to be babysitters" in telling the story, but of course this was an animal version. Besides, considering this was a movie on animals, it also design a part of "Diego the tiger protecting the baby", and its warmth made the audience touched. However, it was the squirrel who was most shining. Although the squirrel only devoted several minutes' performance, it grabbed lots of attention and contributed to the movie's success a lot.
本片走的是惯用的“几个从来没照顾过孩子的成年人照顾婴儿”的故事，只不过是动物版。另外考虑到是动物的戏份，也专门设计了“剑齿虎保护婴儿不被捕食”的情节，温情路线很获成功。不过更加出彩的应该是那只松鼠，虽然它出场仅有短短的几分钟，但已经抢到了十足的注意力，为本片的成功贡献了很大的力量。
