The movie is the kind that you think more and you got more depressed. Gluttony, greed, sloth, envy, pride, lust, wrath, seven deadly sins, each of which would be a big mistake people can induce criminal. Everyone in the movie tried to complete their own duties with their standpoints. John Doe wanted to clear the dirty world, and Mills wanted to maintain the duty as a policeman, while their extreme personalities caused strong dramatic conflicts, and the involved religion background made the whole audience think much deeper. Doubtlessly, the movie was a splendid one for redemption even it looked a little depressed.
