Judgment at Nuremberg/纽伦堡的审判

This is a very thought-provoking movie. The intertwined factors such as history, politics and law made the trial very profound, which had surpassed the level of a normal legal debate, but been involved in the conflicts between natural law and positive law, the legislative basis, the conflicts between ethics and law. All of these make the basis for the continuity of western civilization, and the audience just accepted a spiritual baptism of western law system after watching it.

The Chinese movie "The Tokyo Trial" is comparatively far less profound than this movie in the discussion of the judicature.

一部极其令人发人深省的电影。历史、政治、法律的因素相互交织，使得本片所展现的庭审极富深度，已经超脱了一般的法律层面，而上升到自然法与实在法之间的矛盾、立法基础、伦理道德与法律的矛盾等的层面。凡此种种，才是西方文明延续的基础，看完之后不啻于受到了一次法学精神的洗礼。

中国拍摄的《东京审判》相比之下，在对司法精神的探讨上深度远远不及此片。
