Intimate Confessions of a Chinese Courtesan/爱奴

This movie might be one of the first LGBT movies in Chinese. The title of the movie is very meaningful: slave of love (literally), which could be explained that every role in the movie is the slave of love; they are all driven by the "love" deep in their heart.

The leading girl explained in the ending part: love, as a weapon of revenge, is much more powerful than hatred. And she succeeded finally in revenging to everyone who had hurt her, including her lesbian lover the lady boss. Yet, she was also destroyed by the twisted love of her lesbian lover.

The movie could be explained deeper as currently LGBT is more and more a heated issue and the movie itself is full of  connotations.
