This Extensive Reading textbook is one of my favorites textbooks for my junior high school years. It was not required, but I read it through for at least three times, as there was lots of various articles in the books to extend my knowledge greatly and at the same time there was much less political pollutions than so-called former Chinese learning textbooks.
