This is a fact-based World War II story set on Christmas Eve, 1944. A German mother and her son sought refuge in a cabin on the war front, while three American soldiers and three (later four) German soldier arrived respectively. However, due to the German mother's insisting on "no guns in the house", this cabin became a little warm, lovely neutral territory. And after a simple but warm Christmas Eve party, everyone became kind of friends to each other.
This is not a simple "Love Conquers All" story; it is more like a drama about conflicts inside: the humanity as a normal people against the responsibility as a soldier. In the cabin in the Christmas Eve, the two sides united miraculously. Warm, sweet and touching, isn't it?
