This TV Movie is about the Tehran Conference between Franklin Delano Roosevelt, Winston Churchill, and Joseph Stalin. It shows the interaction between the three leaders at the close of the Second World War.

This movie could be compared to the book of 《巨人之战--第二次世界大战的斯大林、罗斯福和丘吉尔》, and both of them focus more on the leaders in WWII rather than the war itself.
