Superman IV: The Quest for Peace/超人4

This is a repeated story like "Superman I", yet, based on the current standards, it fails to tell a fairly complete story. For example, the super-villain Lex Luthor, what happened afterwards? And what happened when nations found their nuclear weapons would be exterminated by Superman? And even the possible love story between Lacy Warfield and Clark Kent the staff has no follow-up too.

Besides these, the political review in the movie is kind of childish. Would there be peace if all the nuclear weapons are cleaned? No, I certainly do not think so, nor should the director of the movie, because this is a movie about Superman the super hero, not some naive cartoon animation for teenagers (it seemed that this movie had been label as suitable for audience under 15...).
