The Three Monks/三个和尚

"One monk has the water to drink, two monks share the water, and three monks have no water to drink", which was a well-known saying in China. This was more than a problem of unity was the power, economically, the output of a team may less than the sum of the output of every individual in lack of a good institution arrangement. This animation solved the problem of drinking water at the end of the movie, but the same problems appear everywhere in Chinese real life.

一个和尚挑水吃，两个和尚抬水吃，三个和尚没水吃，这是中国家喻户晓的谚语。这并不仅仅是团结力量大的问题，用经济学的话来说，就是如果缺乏很好的制度安排，团队的产出可能还比不上个体。动画片在片尾解决了三个和尚吃水的问题，不过现实生活中，这样的问题仍然比比皆是。
