Returned Shrek! At this time it seemed Dreamworks took the way of Disney: it started to discuss the family life and mid-life crisis; of course, as the producer who did not like take the routine way, Dreamworks found an unconventional point: if you were tired of your present life, then what if you had NEVER existed?

Having subverted all of the classic tales, Shrek series started to subvert itself and introspected the previous trilogy again. The story had nothing surprising, but it was about the family values, which was so rare in Dreamworks' woks.

已经颠覆了各种经典故事的《Shrek》系列，这次开始颠覆自己，基本上把之前的三部曲都反思了一遍。情节并没有什么令人惊奇的地方，但是体现了家庭价值观，这一点在Dreamworks的作品中尤为难得。

嗯，顺便说一下，这个故事告诉我们：在签合同之前，考虑周全一点，没有什么坏处。
