Police Academy 4: Citizens on Patrol/警察学校4：全民警察

Well, during the whole series of Police Academy, I don't like the funny idea in this one very much. I know the director wanted to make fun by talking about a supposed plan of "Citizens on Patrol", which is, every citizen who wanted to be a policeman/policewoman would be armed to fight the crime.

Well, Americans, believer me, this is absolutely NOT a good idea. To arm the people matters little, the point is, it is so easy for people to commit crime by thinking they are executing justice, which is the reason why we need courts. Think about the Cultural Revolution in China during 1966 to 1976, that was an era of big chaos while everyone thought himself/herself as a revolutionist representing justice.
