The movie clearly exceeds my expectations. In my opinion, this is more than a simple President Lincoln's biopic, but a discussion on America's legislative system construction. The result is important, but the procedure is much essential. And, in order to get to the purpose, a certain political wisdom is also necessary.

本片显然超过了我的预期，在我看来，这并不简单是林肯总统的传记片，而是对美国立法体系的讨论。结果正义固然重要，而程序正义也必不可少。而为了达到目的，一定的政治智慧也必不可少。
