Emperor/天皇

German and Japan, both as the culprits of World War II, have large difference, i.e., the role of the Japanese Emperor served in the war. In fact, this is the very great background of the movie, and the first issue to be solved. This is the conflicts of the totally different East-West cultures, and different roles' personality and the time limitation of 10 days keep the audience always in a state of tension.

Overall, the movie is acceptable; I understand why the director added a love story inside (or it would be too tedious), yet I think the love story is kind of awkward, failing to go along with the rest of the movie.

同为二战元凶，但日本和德国有着很大的差异，也就是天皇在战争中究竟担任了何种角色。其实这才是本片的宏大背景，也是本片需要解决的大问题。这是东西方两种截然不同的文化的冲突和碰撞。而各色人物的个性、“10天”这个时间限制让剧情和观众都时刻处于绷紧的状态。

总体而言，本片可以接受；我也能理解导演为什么在本片里加入一段爱情故事（否则就太枯燥了），不过我也觉得这段爱情戏其实有点别扭，和电影上下文貌合神离。
