The movie is apparently divided into two distinct parts: the sunshine-like fun in the first part and the gloomy pressure in the latter part. The seemingly-absurd story highlights the absurdity of the politics in authoritarian regimes. Such ridiculousness results in lots of tragedies of countless people.
