The Wind Rises/起风了/風立ちぬ

It is so amazing to watch such a 2D animation about a historical people's biography. Though this is an animation, it is very serious and very real in many details. The leading role is a famous Japanese inventor in World War II, this documentary-like animation records his life as an inspiring great technician very well except for his political viewpoints.
