What if a hero becomes aging or incompetent? That is a question for every superhero. Comparatively, the criminal would not stop even when the heroes all retire, then, what will happen?

The story in the movie happens when Batman was about 50 years old, maybe a little too aging for beating the criminals. However, at that time, there are more and more crime and violence in Gotham city. Being a hero, facing the so-called political-righteous weird society, Batman stand up and defense the city peace again.
