The Lighthouse/灯塔

This movie has very strong metaphors of a masculine world: the light, the storm, the island, the lone houses, the gulls, the mermaid(or the doll for masturbating), the violence, the sex, the final death, etc. All can be assembled with its counterparts in men's world. The light is like the signal of power, and men are fighting to gain it. Not exactly my style, but I think all can get something from it.
