This is a funny popcorn movie, with lots of Hong Kong style tricks. The fight between the turtle and the villain at the ending part is really funny and impressive.
There are so many hamburger and coke ads in the movie; they must have paid lots of money to the producer. And, since the movie was filmed in 1990, and we all know Tian'anmen Square Event in 1989, which was just one year earlier, so the audience could see lots of historical jokes on it.
