Dungeons & Dragons/龙与地下城

Adapted from same-named e-game, this movie performs fairly acceptable in the routine of "the Good defeats the Evil".

However, I actually support the villain gang in this movie. The first reason is the queen breaks the rules. She stand to the opposite of the law and starts the war against the regulation. Yes, I know the regulation is kind of rubbish and unfair, but since it is the regulation, you have to find a better way to say No rather than just start a war. The queen set up a bad example of defying the regulation, what if someone else starts a war against the queen a few years later? No one respects the regulation after you.

The second reason is: the queen's behavior is dangerous in building a dictatorship instead of a democratic regime. She wants the dissolution of the parliament in the name of the people's welfare. This is a heavy challenge to constitution and democracy. The queen herself looks good, but what if the next queen is bad? This is the reason why parliament can not be expelled.

So, I actually may vote for the villain guys in this movie.
