The movie was one of the masterpieces of the American campus youth movies, just like the "American Pie" series, mixed up with the campus atmosphere, youthful dreams, love impulse and sexual exploration. This was the first campus youth movie I watched in American campus and I was impressed much. Moreover, the supporting roles were also splendid, such as Barry their roommate who played guitar and sang "Little Salmon Song", the French Toast Guy who heated breakfast for customers with his hips, the motel clerk with high myopia, etc.
