This was the typical routine of "hidden hero forced to save the world", the point was Jet Li's kung fu fight. There was a plot which actually was philosophical: as the central nervous system of the leading role by Jet Li had been excised, he did not know pain, so he said: it was good to know the feeling of being painful. So in order to become a normal person one need to know pain.

这是典型的“隐居英雄被迫出手”的套路，看点还是李连杰的功夫。片中有一个情节，其实很有哲理：因为男主角的中枢神经被切除，不知道疼痛，所以他说：知道痛的感觉真好。知道了疼痛，才能成为一个正常的人。
