The Brass Teapot/

This movie, like "The Mask", is a metaphor: the magic thing (mask, teapot, whatever) just extends your desires. If you are a good guy, then you become a god; yet if you are an evil one, you become Satan. The teapot is more evil than the mask, as it rewards you by destroying yourself physically or spiritually.

The movie might be better if in the ending part the Chinese professor Mr. Ling (why did the director set a Chinese role?) does not throw the teapot into the sea. He could have just touched it, which may leave more imagination for the audience.

Michael the leading actor, also stared in "The Forbidden Kingdom".
