The animation's visual effect surely is compelling; while the story is kind of traditional, which is not the same as the other works of Dreamworks. For those audience who are familiar with Occident children's literature, the roles' images may be attractive enough; but for those adult audience who long for another somewhat-deep animation, the movie seems lower than expected.

本片的视觉效果当然是没得说，非常炫目。不过在故事上似乎略显传统，跟Dreamworks以往的作品都不太一样。对熟悉欧美儿童文学的观众来说，可能电影中的形象足够吸引人了；不过对成年人观众来说，似乎还少了些对Dreamworks期待中的深度。
