This is a short full of sarcastic metaphors, especially the metaphors about totalitarian regimes. The dictatorship would do nothing but to consume the resource of the whole country.

Only by changing the whole system can people break the cycle of totalitarians' replacement to one another; or, the public can only see a new dictator replace another, that is all.
