This is a typical quick-money-making movie. DC's "Suicide Squad" was but a failure, and Harley Quinn the role was one of the few shining points inside, so it was very logical to make an independent movie of Harley Quinn. However, to rush for the money surely would make it hard to make an accepted comic movie.
There were three or so stories lines in this movie, which were glued barely by Harley Quinn's narration. The stories were broken, the villains were weak and stupid, and Harley Quinn seemed to fail to offer a fancinated enough show of herself, as it supposed to be.
