The movie was a typical story of the routine of "assist the lower-class to achieve justice against the power people". The story framework was a traditional one, but the form of the theatrical one and the leading stars' superb performance highlighted the movie much. The line of "an officer who failed to benefit the people should go home shamefully" was extremely popular.
