Kung Pow: Enter the Fist/昆宝出拳

This is a movie within movie to spoof an old Hong Kong kung fu movie "Tiger & Crane Fists"（《虎鹤双形》）. With the aid of the visual effect technology, the movie was created with the edited parts of the previous movie and some genius kung fu fights designs, such as the fight between Kung Pow and the Cow.

The part of the fight between Kung Pow and the Cow was very impressive. First the kung fu design is very good, and second the visual effect is very good. For example, it also employs the bulletin time from Matrix.
