Bullet to the Head/爆头

This is a routine action movie of "two partners vs a gang". There are some innovations, like one of the two partners is a police detective. Yet, all in all, the whole movie follows the traditional routine, complete, nothing surprise. Stallone is still skillful, but inevitably he is aging in the movie, which may be the reason why the role was set to be his daughter rather than his lover.

Eh, talking about the old-fashioned negotiation, the ending part of the leading guy (by Sylvester Stallone) has to exchange his own daughter with the flash drive, I hate to say but don't the villains know this is no longer an effective threat because currently we have cloud drive and it does NOT matter at all whether the guy returns the flash drive or not?
