Another cute and funny movie of the minions as the prequel of "Minions"! When Gru was a kid, he learned how to be a villain better and the importance of teamwork through lots of expenditures with the minions! Gru is a villain in this episode, but the directors tried so hard to avoid any possible bad effect or impression for young audience.
The scenes in China Town could be a plus for Chinese audience, but the unnecessary special egg in domestic Chinese version (Gru beame "good" in the egg) was really a minus for the whole movie series, though it was needed to be authenticated to be released publicly in Mainland China.
