The point of the movie is to praise the good teachers who find ways in communicating with students. There are many peers of this movie, such as "The Shinning Balls" and "The Ron Clark Story". The movie is especially popular in China, this may probably be because such kind of teachers are so few here.

本片主旨在于歌颂寻找方法与学生沟通的好教师，同类型片其实很常见，譬如《闪光的彩球》、《热血教师》等等。本片在中国尤受欢迎，大概是因为在中国这样的教师太稀缺了。
