Green Book/绿皮书

The point of the movie was the racial discrimination in earlier era in America. Yet, this movie is much lighter than expected. Its point did not lie in the racial discrimination itself, but in the mutual relations between the two parts of people: the poor and ill-educated white driver and the rich and highly-educated black pianist.

Discrimination came from limitation. Both sides, the white driver and the black pianist, had limitation. During the long journey, both of them grew and understood more of their own limitation. Finally they broke their limitation, and decreased greatly the mutual discrimination to each other, which doubtlessly brought a happy ending.
